After much research, I find that my great uncle above, was in the Peruvian Navy circa 1900. He is not in the 1901 British Census. I should be most interested to connect with any subscriber researching this family. I have a picture of Robert WILKIN in his Peruvian Navy Officer's uniform circa 1900.
