Hi ????????? I wish you luck in your request but without giving some more detail (places, years etc) I am not sure you will get much response Taking just your first surname STEEL, there are several hundred in each census year when searching for STEEL & Durham JOHNSON gets thousands of hits across all years If you are looking for people in 1600 its not much point someone with a family in 1891 responding and vice versa Nivard Ovington in Cornwall (UK) > Hi, I was just wondering if anyone out there was researching any of the > following names; > Steel > Kitchen (spelt in various ways) > Kavanagh > Mc Coy > Maude > Johnson > Rayner (spelt many ways) > Thanks in advance > E.
Hi E. I have the name KITCHEN/KITCHING/KITCHEN in my family back in the 18th century around the Darlington area of County Durham. Where do you have the name Kitchen and around what timeframe? I am off to England later on today for a week, but if you would like to send me some details in the meantime. Once I am back home here I will compare them to my Kitchen research and see if I can match up or add anything that will help you. As Nivard said it does help if you can post a few details for each surname you are interested in, such as when and where you have found each surname and anything else that might help others to try and match up with you.
