My grandfather, as a child, circa 1890, lived in The Shamrock Inn, Catherine Street, Spennymoor. It seems the street was a busy commercial area but has long since gone. I am trying to get as much information as possible, have checked many sites - Can anyone help with an old photograph of this street? Many Thanks Mike in Saudi
