Would someone be able to do a look up in trade directoies for me please? my gt gt grandfather was a butcher and all I know is he was living in "Ballast Hills" in 1833 and in High Southwick in1840s I would like to find out if he had his own shop and realise this may not be enough info to go on. His name was John Shanks.
