Betty.>>> The regulations introduced on 4th. February 1946 were 12 allowed to stand in the lower saloon and none upstairs. During WW2 there were no loading restrictions, and the limit was the number of people who could squeeze on the trams. The record is alleged to be 112 fare paying passengers on one car!
