I would like to find my Thompson family in the 1851 and 1861 censuses. I have the following addresses/dates and have been looking without success through microfilms of the Sunderland census. Can anyone tell me if these addresses would have been considered to be in Sunderland or Bishopwearmouth for census purposes at these times? The addresses are as recorded in birth or marriage certificates or (1881 & 1901) censuses.
