Hi Folks I'm posting this on behalf of my sister. I wonder if anyone can help me with this. In Sunderland Cemetery (at Grangetown) just past the chapel on the left hand side is a monument which consists of three tiers, with a huge angel leaning over it and holding the monument in her arms. It is dedicated to the LARKIN family, wife Margaret, her husband Frederick William and their son Frederick William. Is anyone out there (particularly Stan) familiar with the Angel and if so do what does it symbolise. The family were Roman Catholics. alternatively is anyone researching the LARKIN family.
