Hi Bruce, RG13 Piece 4717 Folio 30 Page 52 is Sea View Street in Grangetown, although in 1901 it was in the Civil parish of Ryhope and the Ecclesiastical parish of Ryhope St Paul. In 1911 it was in the parish of Grangetown St. Aidan which was created from Ryhope St. Paul.
