    3. Hi all, After my 'Scott' ancestors emigrated from Shetland I find them in the 1961 census living at Hudson's Buildings in Hendon where there seems to be a number of Shetland mariners. Does anyone know if there are any photos or drawings of these buildings in existence? I'm presuming they were tenements and were knocked down at some later date as I can't find them on the A to Z? Grateful thanks for any info. 3. Hi Chris, Go to http://gis.durham.gov.uk/website/interMAP/viewer.htm and click on Search, then Coordinates on the left, in New Coordinate Search: enter 440485, 556654 which will centre the map on Hudson's Buildings, which were between Hendon Road and D'arcy Street. They are not there now but are on the 1938-1950 map.
