    3. Hi Stan, Many thanks for your previous replies. I now think that West House, Diamond Hall must have been one of the two houses that you mentioned. As you say by 1895 either Diamond Hall was demolished and two houses built or it had been converted into two houses - I think probably the latter. Thanks also for the link. It is a very interesting article and mentions a lot of maps I have never heard about before. Just wished I lived nearer..... Mark Etheridge.
