Hello, Have come across a gentelman by the name of Graham Coombes who was a motorcycle racer throughout the 1960's who teamed up with both the Newcastle Diamonds and the Sunderland Saints. There are some photos of him at the Sunderland Speedway with some of his teammates at the time. I think he may have been related to my grandmother Elizabeth Coombes nee Stevenson from Sunderland. If anyone has anything to offer on him I would be much obliged. Cheers, Tom.
