Hi Bob I presume that you have got her birth certificate from GRO which has told you her parents. There was another Jane Ann Stubbs born June 1862 in Auckland Durham Vol 10a page 134. The Tynemouth Jane Ann is also at the same address in Galashields in the 1881 Scottish census, so if that is yours have you looked for a marriage on Scotlandspeople website?
