    3. The "Eye Plan of Sunderland and Bishopwearmouth was drawn between 1785 and 1790 by James Rain, the parish surveyor of Bishopwearmouth. A copy has been available for some years from the Sunderland Antiquarian Society. http://www.sunderland-antiquarians.org/ Rain's Eye Plan (Note 7 feet wide by 2 feet high) Prrice £7.50 (plus post and packing) Did you find the information about the Salters Tracks of any interest.
