Bev, Are you looking at the George LUSCOMBE who married Margaret GIDLEY in Dean Prior on 5.1.1809? If so and assuming that the age on the 1851 census is more or less correct, then I do not think the census George can be the father of the trio of children baptised in Dean Prior, as the first was baptised when he was only about fourteen years old.
