Tamara, The Northam parish records (inc. Appledore) have been transcribed and are available on Genuki. You can find them here http://genuki.cs.ncl.ac.uk/DEV/Northam/index.html. There don't appear to be any Eliza WILLIAMS of the right age in Northam in 1841 census so presumably she had either left or married with her husband's surname by then. Best regards.
