Bev's posting has encouraged me to ask about my unknown Mary who married Thomas KING. The first child was baptised 1 june 1787 in Loddiswell. Thomas was a Loddiswell boy (bapt 26 Dec 1758, Loddiswell, son of Thomas KING and Jane STEER. I have personally checked, recorded and photographed all KING graves in the cemetery at St Michael and All Angels, Loddiswell, and believe that this Mary died 16 Feb 1845, aged 84 years. Does anyone have any connections that might help me establish the maiden name of this Mary? I haven't found a likely marriage in the Devon PRO files. Rergards Kate from Melbourne Australia
