Hello List, Has anyone come across the name Teazy before? Is it short for anything else? I have a Teazy STEPHENS c 1720 of Loddiswell. Bev, I've checked the baptism register for Loddiswell for STEPHENS from 1715 to 1724. There are three entries:- 24.3.1720/1 Ann STEPHENS daughter of Nicholas STEPHENS 11.9.1722 Elizabeth STEEVENS daughter of Nicholas and Joan STEEVENS 18.5.1724 Mary STEPHENS daughter of Nicholas STEPHENS If Teazy did exist (and I have my doubts) she was not baptised in Loddiswell in about 1720.
