Gail, I've had a look at the 1871 and the following appear. I've added the entry number for each inmate and there are some consecutive numbers that would indicate a family relationship. Unfortunately the Institution returns didn't include family relationships and there are some that are not consecutive. Is it possible Albert GIBY is really Albert GRAY?
