Hi Kitty No prisoner came up with the name Joseph Howell, Howells or Howel etc. so I browsed through prison entries and found that all the convicts at the Convict Prison Lidford, Tavistock, are listed by initials only. There are quite a number of 'JH's so do you have any other info such as age, occupation or birthplace?
