HUTCHINSON, CHURCHILL, Berrynarbor, Ilfracombe I am new to this list and am trying my luck: Harriet Louisa Ann HUTCHINSON, widow of John Ross HUTCHINSON (killed in the Indian Mutiny in 1857) died in 1903 in Ilfracombe. The Rev Reginald CHURCHILL was rector of Berrynarbor on and around 1891. His wife was Caroline Harriet nee HUTCHINSON, daughter of the above. They had a daughter, Elsie K G CHURCHILL, born 1882 in Blandford, Dorset. George William Caldwell HUTCHINSON, son of the above, was an artist (art master at Clifton College about 1890 to 1910), his first wife was his cousin Louisa Catherine Hutchinson (died 1893). He married secondly Florence Eliza Cox. His son Colin Becher Alexander HUTCHINSON was killed at Gallipoli in May 1915 when a private in the Auckland Infantry Battalion. He is listed as being the son of George W Caldwell Hutchinson and Louisa C Hutchinson, of Cranbourne, Carlton Hill, Exmouth", but also of "53 Brannocks Road, Ilfracombe" I am interested in ANY information on the above families, particularly the HUTCHINSONS.
