Hello Maureen My Thomas Johnson of Old Brampton near Chesterfield was born approx 1750 -76. He was a check and callico manufacter in business with a Thomas Holmes in Chesterfield. He died 1824 leaving a will. He was married to a Sarah but n mention of any children in his will. Siblings: Ann b. 1755 d. 1755 Rebecca b... Samuel b. 1770 weaver of Brampton Moor bur St Peters Old Brampton Richard of Walton weaver b. 1771 d. 1825 Matthew flax spinner moved to Doncaster Sarah d. 1842 = Thomas Clarke Brampton Moor Mary b 1754ish = Henry Worrall of Edensor. Hello June Well i dont think its anything to do with this family ,,,,,My Thomas Johnson wasnt married to a Sarah .....
