    3. Greetings List Recently recieved the Marrage Certificate of my Greatparents, Patrick Keaveny and Bridget Connor from ONS in London dated Dec. 9,1872. My Great-Great Grandfathers, James Keaveny, Residence Froggetts Yard, Chesterfield, Occupation Farmlaborer and John Connor,Residence Mill Street, Chesterfield, Occupation Coalminer were also listed. Can anyone shed some light on these families and/or these adresses in Chesterfield Thank You,James Corey

Froggatt's Yard went south from Low Pavement, in the town centre, while Mill Street still exists - just - as a thin sliver of road from Corporation Street to Hollis Lane, sandwiched between the Derbyshire Times offices and the A61 inner relief road. Much of Mill St and the surrounding area came down in the 1970s and early 80s to facilitate the building of said road.
