    3. Yes, this is true. I am hoping that someone may know something of the approx. 20 years they spent in Chesterfield. Both Stanhope and Oswald were in the military; however I've never come across the name of a school that Oswald attended. So that is new. William was my Great Great Grandfather; he and Francis came to California. But I'm beginning to think that possibly Charles Phillipps died young as did the first son because I can't find anything, anywhere, any mention of him after Christening. Thank you very much for your time. I will take this to my local LDS and get those films.
