Some photocopies of funeral cards: William Townsend d 21/8/1889 aged 54, buried in Chesterfield Cemetery 25/8/1889 John Townsend d 7/7/1875 aged 48, buried in Chesterfield Cemertery 9/7/1875 Annie, wife of Henry Evans, d 24/7/1885, aged 26, buried in Wingerworth Church, 26/7/1885 Also a photocopy of a page from a local paper, with the following deaths: King, Ann; d aged 82 in Chesterfield Workhouse on August 22nd Bacon, Charles, d aged 54 in Whittington on August 31st Holmes, Rebecca, d aged 3 in Newbold on September 1st Smith, William; d aged 68 in Wingerworth on Sptember 2nd Lievesley, Ethel, aged 2, in Whittington on August 3rd Flint, James William, aged 27, in Hasland on September 3rd Foster, Ada, age 3, in Whittington on August 30th Warren, Ethel, age 3, at Hasland on September 4th Whittaker, Elizabeth, age 75, at Barlow on August 25th. Cross-ref with FreeBMD suggests 1900 to be the year. More to follow later. Stu
