Bryan Thanks for the email, but I know the ancestry of my Eliza Rodgers, who came from Hady, Chesterfield. I just wondered where she was in 1891 as she was not with the rest of the family. She married my grandfather in 1896, who was a Derbyshire policeman until he retired in 1922. I don't know where West Handley is in Derbyshire, so have no idea whether there could be a connection to your lot. MyEliza Rodgers was born in1886 to William Rodgers and Harriet Ridgeway in West Handley, Derbyshire, England . This is about 5 miles from Chesterfield near Dronfield or Eckington if you know them. I am looking for any info at all on Eliza Rodgers........hopefully this could be the same one..........please advise4 on your line........ Bryan My Eliza Rodgers was the daughter of Samuel Rodgers and Mary Wall. She did have a brother, William,who *could be* the father of your Eliza. I'll look up his date of birth later today and let you know if it's possible. Happy New Year, Aileen
