Hi everyone - I've just joined the Chesterfield List. My interest is the NOBLE family who lived in Chesterfield in the 17th/18th Century. Looking for: Jacob Noble - Our earliest ancestor who was born about mid-1600's Jacob Noble marr. Marie RIDGE - 7 Sept 1680 at Chesterfield They had six children: John 1681 Sara 1683 Jacob 1686 Maria 1688 Richard 1693 Hannah 1696 Richard married Mary SWIFT - 15 Nov 1736 at Chesterfield They had four children: Hannah 1737 William 1739 Paul 1731 Ester 1733 Paul then moved to Derby.... Would be interested to hear from anyone with a Chesterfield NOBLE on their books or who has come across members of the NOBLE family in any Chesterfield indexes that they have used of have in their possession.
