Since many on this list live in England, maybe you can help me. When I go to Ireland, I am going via London and I am flying standby (means if there is room on the plane for me). I am worried that when I am on the return flight, I might not be able to get on on the plane I am planning to go on and the next one won't leave until the next day. That means I would stay over night in London (Heathrow Airport). Can someone give me the names of some hotels in the area that are reasonable but safe and clean? You can email me off list.
