I have been out of town and came back to read that others have had the same printing problem. I read the correct solution but now cannot find that message. So thanks to whoever posted the approach of saving the image file rather than trying to use the web sites print commands. In summary, what now works for me (using Internet Explorer) is to right click the directory page, and then click on the "Save Picture As" menu option. This saves the entire directory page to your hard drive (or where ever you direct). Then the entire page can be filed, printed, edited, etc. with the program that you use to view images.
