The names of there children that we are aware of are: Nancy COWAN b. about 1803 in Carlisle Mary COWAN b. about 1805 in Carlisle William COWAN b. about 1807 in Carlisle Thomas COWAN b. about 1810 in Carlisle Mikel COWAN b. about 1812 in England John COWAN b. about 1815 in Carlisle Sarah COWAN b. about 1820 in Carlisle Thomas and Mary with some of their children moved to Canada where Thomas died in 1832.
