Hi all, Just come across a bible with information written in it and thought it may have some connections, I have not traced this family but it starts with Dorothy Forrester born 6th August 1865 at Hallburn croft Longtown Married William Armstrong died May 16th 1917 aged 51 at Hornsby, Cumwhitton. The other deaths written are: MAry Forrester died Hallburn Croft (HC Long) Longtown Sept 4th 1857 74 years John Forrester died HC Long January 7th 1866 aged 81 years Dorothy Forrester died HC Long Feb 12th 1870 aged 51 years Jane Forrester died HC Long May 22nd 1870 aged 49 years George Forrester died Highfield Longtown Feb 7th 1891 aged 84 years Ann (Nancy) Holliday died Ullock Cockermouth January 9th 1897 aged 82 years Leonard Armstrong died at garlands hospital Feb 15th 1900 aged 56 years Interred at Carlisle cemetery Feb 20th grave no 63 Margaret Graham died at Hornsby Cumwhitton June 30th 1900 aged 80years Frances Ginne Armstrong Born July 10th 1884 Glow Smithfield Sarah Mary Elizabeth Forrester Armstrong born Nov 8th 1889 at Highfield Kirklinton Sybil Brown Armstrong born June 26th 1906 Carlisle baptised April 11th 1908 by Rev William Maudsley Cumwhitton Harold James Arthur Brown armstrong born October 21st 1911 at Hornsby Cumwhitton.
