Hello Bill, Yes, I agree that you would think Influenza would only strike in the winter months and everyone seems to have a bout, but not always so. The flu is about passing on the germ from one person to another and doesn't seem to be too fussy who it chooses for it's next victim, or what time of year it inflicts itself in. It seems to be more prevalent in the winter months but can still be around in the summer and I can tell you it is no fun having the flu when it is 40 degrees plus heat and 100% humidity like it gets here in the North West of Western Australia.
