Hi Since raising the problem of failure of the programme to install correctly I have contacted Micro Soft. They suggested that it is probable that the Go!Zilla download programme that I use could be the problem and should be disabled during the download and installation. Doing this did not cure the problem but lead me onto other ideas which at least allow me to use the Web site and its search facilities. Something similar might work for those of you who use similar download programmes. Inhibit the download programme when you click the "Click here to enter" button , for Go!Zilla this means holding down the Alt key. Hold it down again whenever you click on the functions displayed. When you reach the table of contents it seems to work free of this restriction Why it does this I do not know but it seems to work all right so I will offer it as a possible solution. Regards Dennis
