Hello everyone, I am trying to find the birth of James DODSON who was living in Greasley, Notts, in the 1881 census, but said that he was born in Drayton, Cambs, about 1853. According to his marriage certificate, his father was John DODSON, labourer. I think the Drayton is probably Fen Drayton, or possibly Dry Drayton. Does anyone have easy access to the 1861 census for either of these Draytons? James Dodson would have been about 8 in 1861. Any help would be very much appreciated. With thanks.
