Sarah was my wife's G Grandmother. We have found her in the 1881 census in London, married to Edward S. Lambarth, giving her age as 26, and birthplace as Cottenham Fens, Cambridge. The marriage was found in Free BMD, June quarter 1875, giving her maiden name as Bishop, married in Islington. We can't find her birth in Free BMD, which is not surprising because the coverage is less than 10% in the period 1854 - 1856. No sign in IGI either.
