    3. Dear all, I am researching the following families who moved from county to county over a long period of time. Someone may be related to them somewhere, hence spreading them over 3 lists. WOODHAM North Bedfordshire from c1600, then Cambridgeshire (Arrington/Croydon, then Gamlingay) late 1600s - early 1700s, and London by late 1700s, - married Arnold 1769. One branch went to Ely mid-late 1600s from Pertenhall/Riseley. Other places associated with them, Bushmead, Bletsoe, Knotting, Keysoe. Families associated with WOODHAM at Gamlingay: MEAD, CARELESS, NODES (Southill, Beds) EVERSDEN (from Toft/Little Eversden), These families were members of the CONGREGATIONAL CHAPEL AT BARRINGTON, Cambs, late 1600s to mid 1700s. Families associate with WOODHAM in N Beds and Hunts: Stoakes, Fryer, Cottington, Baskerfield, Brownell/Browning, Webb, Blowfield, Seward, Simes/Simms etc. BENNYNG, BENNING, BENING Tottenham (Mdx) from late 1500s, Cambridgeshire by 1650, bought estate in Thriplow 1681, married WOODHAM 1742 at Caxton, Cambs. PERKINS were heirs to the BENING family at Thriplow into the 19th century. One of their descendants may have family papers which could throw light on earlier generations. BROOK - Separate problem. N E Cambs around 1750-1850, based on West Row, Mildenhall (Suffolk) and possibly Isleham or Fordham, Cambs. Baptists! Moved to London circa 1825/30. If anyone is descended from any of this mob and would like to compare/exchange information I would be delighted to hear from them. Yours more in hope than expectation!
