I am researching my mother's side of the family and her mother Florence Parr was born 1887 in Burnham Overy in Norfolk. She died in Bedford in 1952/3 I know Florence's (Florrie/ Flora) mother may have died in childbirth and her father was a William who went to Sheffield after the death of his wife and died there. Now my mum Doris Parr was born in Ampthill in Beds in 1918 and she had an elder brother Francis who may have been born in Norfolk. Florence has these two children out of wedlock so we do not know the fathers of these. William was born in 1860 and married an Alice Mary Aldridge. William's parents were we think Robert Parr and Sophia ? or Florence. Robert may have drowned at sea as he was a fisherman as this is engraved on his headstone in the church yard there in Burnham Overy (I believe) Thanks in advance for any help in this matter and hope that you understand my rambling on :) Regards Eunice Goude
