Scotland No luck with the 1891 Census The only possible is : Mary CAMPBELL W 64 occ Starcher b Edinburgh , Scotland She is shown as mother in law of William SLY married to Jane SLY Jane age 33 born St Lukes London I don't think this fits in with the other details .
