where can i find my grandmothers birth record .she was born 1869 LAHORE CITY EAST INDIES i assume her father was in the army at time of birth. her name MADELINE WEBBER .i do not have a month or day of birth.i have her death certificate dated march 26 1965 at age 96. her second husband HARRY BOWLES states on death certificate COUNTY OF SOKE OF PETERBOROUGH. any help with this shall be appreciated Hubert.
