The 1851 Census has at 17 Corn Exchange, Cambridge: Henry Smith H M 47 Parish clerk CAM Elizabeth " Wf M 48 Wife of " CAM, Cottenham John " S U 27 Libery [sic] keeper " Henry Jeffery " S U 6 Son of parish clerk " Alfred " S U 1 at Home " Henry Jeffery's birth certificate has his mother as Elizabeth Smith formerly Smith, and he was born in Cambridge not Cottenham. If anyone knows more about the parents, Henry and Elizabeth, I'd be very interested to hear from them.
