I had ordered the 1861 census film for Fordham from the LDS but today was told it was unavailable (not sure why), so I am hoping someone with access can help with the following please. Sarah BROWN aged c.71 born Higham Suffolk. She is in the 1871 census at Market Street, Fordham living with son-in-law William Bentick. Mary BENTICK aged c.71 widow, born possibly Chippenham (maybe Suffolk). In 1851 she is at Market Street misnamed as Mary Bantie living with son John (20 in 1851) and daughter Martha (18 in 1851). I have searched Mary Bentick in GRO death indices from 1851-1871 with no success, but maybe her surname was misspelt.
