Hi Cameron, The main Cemetery for Cambridge is located at Newmarket Rd Cambridge, it might be worth contacting the Cambridge Family History Society as they have indexed many Cemeteries in Cambridgeshire and may be able to help they have a website at www.chfs.org.uk hope this is of some help.
