I do not know the age but many of the photographs are very old so would guess that it is Victorian or possibly Edwardian and containing older photographs. The album is not in good condition but the photographs are. There is a large selection of pictures, all relating to one family. Photographs appear to have been taken mainly in the March/Wisbech area and the surnames SMITHEE AND LEE seem to be connected (possibly a connection with the Elland area). There are also some pictures from Evansville, USA so possibly a family member emigrated. The album has 20 pages and each takes either 2 large or 4 small photographs each side so there are are a number of pictures here. The album is full of photos but some of the pieces of the page holding the pictures in have broken so there is some repair needed. Photos are in very good condition - some appear very old. A real range of pictures - young babies, lots of children and elderly family members too. I know there are SMITHEE researchers on these lists, hence this e-mail.
