Christine I'm not researching Madeline WEBBER and her family but I did help Hubert via this list in 2002 which is why I have the details on them. Although we looked hard we couldn't find a mariage to Hubert H FLOWERS and it looks as if (despite exhaustive efforts) Hubert still hasn't found one. I guess he was hoping that someone may have had access to new materials. Hubert I know you have Hubert H FLOWERS service records. Is there any indication where he was in 1887/1888? If so, I'd look around there for a marriage as it wasn't uncommon for the woman to travel to the man's posting for the marriage. And, of course, they didn't have to marry in the base chapel but could have married in a local church. Good luck.
