Madeleine WEBBER was born in Lahore, India. No idea what happened to her father but her mother (Isabella Catherine) then remarried in India to an Edward FOGG. Edward and Isabella had a son Edward in Lahore and then they then returned to England. They had another son George in Oxfordshire and that is where you'll find Madeline (as Madeline A M FOGG) with her mother (Isabella Catherine) and stepfather in 1881. Her halfbrothers were at boarding school in Oxfordshire with a boy aged 15 called Hubert H FLOWERS. Madeline seems to have married Hubert H FLOWERS (I guess the same boy who at school with her halfbrothers in 1881) at some point before 1888 which is when she had a son in Banbury called Henry Hubert FLOWERS. She also had a son in about 1889 in Ireland and then appeared with her mother and halfbrothers in Banbury in the 1891 census. Her 2 sons (Henry & Thomas FLOWERS) were in the workhouse in the 1901 census but I couldn't spot Madeline when I checked last time. I suspect that Madeline married Hubert overseas (probably Ireland). Henry Hubert FLOWERS (her son) was in the navy and then worked in the merchant navy. At some point he settled in the USA. HTH
