I am looking for information on a Rebecca Ripingill [ ripingale, ripingall,rippingill] according to her marriage cert she would be about 26- 27, sailors wife.Her husband William would possibly have been away at sea. Hi Julia - have you got any more information? eg whereabouts in Cambridgeshire? Very little information is given on the 1841 census - just age (to the nearest 5) and whether the person was born in the county or not. A search for the name variations on their own didn't turn up anything on Ancestry.
