Reading your earlier posts regarding this family I assume you are looking for the birth/baptism/parents of Thomas Edward Webber who married Isabella Catherine Bristow in Peterborough (which incidentally was in Northamptonshire) in the December quarter 1863. Your first step should be to purchase the marriage certificate which will provide you with the names of the fathers, addresses and witnesses. If you check http://www.freebmd.org.uk/cgi/search.pl you'll find a Thomas Edward Webber born March quarter 1840 in Potterspury registration district which covered parts of Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire, which might be him, or on the other hand it might not. In 1861 RG9/966 folio 41A, living at Station House St, St John the Baptist Peterborough was Charles Webber lodger 22 Engine fitter b London Middlesex Thomas Webber lodger 24 Engine fitter born Wolverton Bucks These were the only Webbers in Peterborough in 1861. Isabella also appears in 1861 at Clifton's Yard, in the parish of St John the Baptist, Peterborough, on folio 49A, so presumably not far from Thomas Webber above.
