The 1871 census has: Gunnels Hall, Balsham, Cambs David BLANKS Head Mar 36 Ag Lab b Balsham, Cambs Ellen BLANKS Wife Mar 27 b West Wratting, Cambs This could be your missing Eleanor as in my experience Helen/Ellen/Ellenor/Eleanor/Elinor were all interchangeable in Victorian times.
