I looked on the 1841 census at Findmypast and could find only 2 Rebecca Rippingale/Rippengale and no similar variation, one aged 34 in Chelmsford, the other 25 in Spalding; both FS for Female servant. Could she have traveleld with him? Wisbech is a harbour and they could have been in the coastal trade.
