Yes- Morocco is lovely. Try Marrakech- in the Spring before it gets too hot. Or Essaouira on the Atlantic coast. Marrakesh has a fantastic market in the soukh, and lots of very comfortable hotels a mile out of the town centre. The people are friendly, but they do like you to dress discreetly.
