Hi Listers Ann Serjeant was christened Haslingfield 29 Jan 1747 and married Joseph Hayes in Haslingfield on 13 Oct 1770 LDS records record her parents as John and Elizabeth but I have been unable to find any records to tie her father John to the line of Serjeants in the village Can anyone help me please? Hi Fay Did Serjeant Hayes belong to them? There were many HAYESes in Haslingfield. I'm still looking for the parents of William HAYES who married Mary SAMUEL in Harston in 1766. His marriage entry says he was of Guilden Morden but he wasn't christened there. I also have in my database Hannah SERJEANT who married William WILLMOTT in Haslingfield in 1796. They had a Serjeant WILLMOTT born 1804.
